Terms and Conditions for Core Program:
Scheduling Adjustments for Core Program (Dedicated Ice) Students:
Effective immediately, classes within the Core Program may occasionally require schedule adjustments due to rink scheduling needs, which are outside the control of SkateWithCass. In the event of such changes, the following terms apply:
Class start times may be delayed by up to 30-60 minutes.
SWC Academy will not move Core Program classes earlier than scheduled, but classes may run slightly behind if necessary.
Students and guardians will receive advance notice of any schedule adjustments as soon as possible.
On occasion, ice time may be delayed or reduced by up to 5 minutes based on the rink’s need to flood or clean the ice. In the event of any class time being cut short, the monetary value of the reduced time will be credited to your SWC account.
Should the updated class time not work, students have the option to inform SWC Academy, and we will proceed with necessary steps to accommodate, where possible.
By remaining enrolled in the Core Program, students and guardians agree to these scheduling terms and understand that minor adjustments may occur, with ample notice and options provided by our team.
