Respect & Conduct Policy

At SWC, we are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students, parents, guardians, and instructors. We take great pride in the care and attention we give to every class, and we expect the same respect in return.

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for the following behaviours:

• Verbal abuse or shouting

• Aggressive or threatening language

• Derogatory, discriminatory, or demeaning remarks

• Harassment of any kind (including toward staff, students, or other families)

Should any of the above behaviours occur — whether in person, over the phone, or through written or digital communication — we reserve the right to immediately terminate all current and future classes without refund or credit.

By enrolling in any SkateWithCass program, you acknowledge and agree to uphold this standard of conduct. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of our entire community.
