Account & Class Credits

CANCELLED CLASSES

Should a class of yours be cancelled by the Skate With Cass team, a credit will be added to your account for that class. This is the price of the individual class, plus any applicable taxes (if paid tax). There are no refunds.

Monetary Class Credits Are Provided Under The Following Circumstances:

  1. Weather Cancellation by SWC

  2. Instructor Illness/Injury

  3. Timing Adjustment Leading To Class Cancellation by SWC

  4. Event Occuring at Time of Class Leading To Class Cancellation

  5. Event Outside of SWC Team's Control

Additionally, class credits will be added to your SWC account if we do not have a required response to a program change by the designated deadline. We are unable to make exceptions past the deadline.

Class credits can be applied to future full 4-week program bookings, including ice skating or rollerblading. Class credits can only be applied to programs, or drop-in classes, and cannot be applied to equipment under $50.

120 Day Usage Period:

Class credits are valid for 120-days (4 Months) from your last class date. After this period, credits expire and are no longer valid. Cancellations or adjustments by the student do not qualify for a class credit, and it is solely a missed class, no matter the length of notice.

SkateWithCass account credits may be applied toward any future program or drop-in class within the Ice Skating or Rollerblading programs, provided that registration is open and space is available. Credits are valid for 120 days from the date of the last completed class. While the credits must be used to register for a session within this 120-day validity period, the classes or programs themselves are not required to take place during this timeframe. Registrations completed before the credit expiration date can include sessions scheduled for future months, subject to availability and program scheduling.

Drop-In Policy

Before booking a drop-in class, please make sure to review our drop-in policy. Note that any individual drop-in class reserved more than 24 hours in advance may be subject to cancellation if a full program registration is subsequently booked. In such cases, you will be given the option of either a refund or rescheduling to an alternative day/time. If the class was purchased using a credit, a credit will be issued instead of a refund.

There are no refunds for class credits. Class credits are provided before any makeup classes, and makeup classes are only offered if availability pertains.
