This program provides 1 makeup/reschedule to registered student (in The Flexi-Pack/Mobile Program) when cancelled 48 hours prior to your class date. A reason does not have to be provided, however, we do have to be notified. There are NO makeups or reschedules for classes requested to be changed under 48 hours, or due to no attendance or circumstances that may cause no attendance. Your registration is only valid for 4 weeks, from your first scheduled class. Programs cannot be held or carried over into another month, or held as a credit.
This program is perfect for you if you have an upcoming vacation and you need to skip a week, don't feel like coming the upcoming week, or are feeling sick. Students in the flexi-pack and mobile program are permitted to 1 makeup. For example, your next upcoming class can only be rescheduled once. There are no makeup classes, for the makeup. Should you not schedule your makeup by the end of your 4 classes, it will count as a missed class and will not be carried over into the next month.
Blackout Periods:
Classes cannot be rescheduled during the final week of the month you're skating in. Any classes cancelled during this period from the skater count as a missed/cancelled class and cannot be made up. Makeup spots offered may not be your exact same timeslot or instructor and could be a spot in the morning, afternoon or evening, and is solely based on our availability + open slots.
